Meet Dr. Liz

Board-Certified Clinical Psychologist, 30+Years of Experience

You might be here because life has become heavier than you expected, or because change has arrived faster than you feel prepared for.

You’re seeking steadiness, understanding, and a path forward that feels true to you.

you’re not alone in this.

How I work

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief in the capacity for adaptation and resilience.

Even in the midst of loss, uncertainty, or profound change, there is a natural movement within us toward stability and renewal. My role is to help you access that movement: to clarify what is happening, support what is ready to grow, and strengthen what helps you meet life with steadiness and awareness.

I draw from cognitive, behavioral, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches, always tailoring our work to your specific needs and pace. Together we build clarity, flexibility, and a sense of connection that can sustain you through whatever lies ahead.

Adaptation is life.

Every challenge is also an invitation to grow in a new direction.

presence

Therapy is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels true.

Resilience

Together we strengthen what helps you recover, rebuild, and stay connected to yourself and others.

Integration

Insight becomes meaningful when it’s lived. We bring what you learn in therapy into the moments that matter most.

My background

I’ve spent more than 30 years helping individuals & couples navigate change, connection, & growth.

  • My work integrates evidence-based approaches with a depth of clinical experience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic awareness practices to support clarity, adaptability, and emotional resilience.

I also bring a trauma-informed perspective and collaborate closely with medical and care teams when appropriate. My style is relational, present, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
