Sometimes life becomes heavier than expected. Sometimes change arrives faster than you’re ready for.
How I Work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that people can adapt and grow stronger through change.
Even in the midst of loss, uncertainty, or profound change, there is a natural movement within us toward stability and renewal. My role is to help you access that movement: to clarify what is happening, support what is ready to grow, and strengthen what helps you meet life with steadiness and awareness.
I draw from research-backed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as body-and mindfulness-based approaches, always tailoring our work to your specific needs and pace. Together we build clarity, flexibility, and a sense of connection that can sustain you through whatever lies ahead.

Adaptation is life.
Every challenge is also an invitation to grow in a new direction.
Presence
Therapy is a space to slow down and bring open awareness to what’s happening. It’s a place for curiosity rather than judgment, and compassion, especially for yourself.
Resilience
Together we strengthen what helps you recover, rebuild, and stay connected to yourself and others.
Practice
Insight only becomes meaningful when it’s lived. We bring what you learn in therapy into everyday life for lasting change.
My Background
I’ve spent more than 30 years helping individuals & couples navigate change, connection, and growth.
-
My work integrates evidence-based approaches with a depth of clinical experience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic awareness practices to support clarity, adaptability, and emotional resilience.
I also bring a trauma-informed perspective and collaborate closely with medical and care teams when appropriate. My style is relational, present, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
